Listen to Tomasso, the sound reminds one of Armstrong but when you look at him playing one sees a bit of Red Nichols. Of course Andy can play Bix riffs in his sleep...and probably has!! Great Channeling here but as always these great musicians above all, channel themselves!! Andys piano here reminds one of classic Bix(aka In the Mist).

Semplicemente fantastico...Tutti bravissimi..Credo che attualmente Andy Schumm sia il miglior interprete del "Bix sound"a livello mondiale ...E non è da meno Enrico Tomasso per Armstrong..Ci possiamo immaginare cosa sarebbe stato un concerto di Bix e Louis insieme :un paradiso per gli amanti del jazz..Questa è musica vera!!

It's exciting to think they did have a jam session I'm sure Jack Teagarden would of been there taking into consideration Bix was with Whiteman as Jack was and if he got wind of a jam session I'm sure he would of been there too. Absolute greatness from all the lads here , I remember Enrico and Magic with the Pasedena Roof Orchestra in Dublin very early 80's , I cut my chops with The Guinness Band

Enrico J. Tomasso that's his real name , one M and 2 S . he is from England( his name sounds italian ) and he had the chance to meet the real Louis Armstrong
