@@smirk-in-progress4800 Basically, this is a DnD campaign parody of The Lord of the Rings, but from the perspective of "Sauron" and his lackeys. Trapp's (the player) character has some sort of ability to communicate/control creatures and monsters. The episode prior to this one, Trapp and Brennan (the DM) were roleplaying and Brennan dropped a hint that a monster was living in the volcano, and Trapp filed that info away to use here, without knowing if he would be wasting his turn "summoning" the creature. As you can seen, it was not a wasted turn. :D
