We should go back to the Lord of Jesus. Jesus is the prophet of God and his messenger. He can't help you in front of God on the resurrection day. These things you see are clearly punishments from God. It always happens do the places where people disobey God and even mock Him. So Allah shows us how weak we really are. And nobody can help us, except He. So we need to repent and return to Him before it's too late.

And the punishment will be according to your understanding of "enjoyment" and disbelieve. I think there's no one who doesn't believe in death.. so than you need to ask yourself what will come after your death. Where did i come from and where will i go to. Because the One who created us is the One who'll take us back. And be sure that all mankind will be held accountable for their disobedience and actions.
