Nope, forget about the "at my age" part. At any age you could completely mess up your back doing that. I know people who are in their late teens and 20s who have totally thrown out their backs. Tommy ss I think it’s to do with centre of gravity like men’s centre of gravity is their abdominal muscles where as females it’s their breast plate so they have to move abit back where as mean have to completely change their body’s angle to readjust their centre of gravity .
