Never understood the hate with the scientific ninja tool, that would imply using new technologies to gain advantages throughout the years like long distance coms (seen early in the og Naruto series) should be held to the same standard. I swear if Kishimoto didn't step in this would have kept being a drama for the sake of drama series. Shit is funny asf but he hatin on Boruto those Rasengans are awesome even Naruto can’t make those types of Rasengans they are infused with elements that’s what Minato intended to do and failed same for Kakashi he couldn’t do it either Naruto was the closest but ended up making a Rasenshuriken instead of infusing elements into the Rasengan and Boruto did that on his first attempt which he is able to throw Naruto has to be up close with his Rasengan also he’s done it with multiple elements creating Rasengans with different abilities as well as compressing it so it can be destructive and when possed by Momoshiki he can shoot Rasengan bullets which I’m sure Boruto will figure out to do that without him and finally let’s not forget to mention his newest move which is broken according to Boruto it can produce unlimited power the Rasengan Uzuhiko

i didnt watch boruto for ages after finishing naruto shippuden and ngl the fillers were boring af when i started so i skipped all filler meaning i barely watched any of it cause its mostly filler rn but i started reading the manga and bro its good. the post time skip boruto manga makes boruto such a bad ass its crazy and yes they nerf naruto as sasuke early on in the manga canon stuff which i get u have to give boruto and kawaki a reason to need to be the hero/villains but the way they do it in the post time skip is even better than what they did in pre time skip boruto.

Yes, Naruto and Sasuke needed to be written out of the events (there were better ways to do it), but I just have so many issues with Boruto at a base level that I doubt it could ever win me over. This includes manga specific criticisms. I think it's drawn so poorly compared to Naruto. If you want a good example of this, compare Boruto using Uzuhiko for the first time (Two Blue Vortex chapter 3) to Naruto using regular rasengan for the first time (Naruto chapter 168)

The worst part of these fights was 2 things. The fights were not animated nearly as well as many other fights, and boruto has fought a lot better even with his clones in fights against other people than he did with naruto. The animators just didnt want to try at these parts.
