I've been saying this for awhile, they're all the same person. Neco Arc clearly has the power of omnipresence. She creates more of herselves at will, she can stream the fight she's currently in from a office somewhere, and all of the other Neco's with personalities like Chaos are little more then moods, elaborate pranks for her/its benefit.

The sad part is that if this sort of thing does happen in a tournament, you also have to rely on the officials being willing to be in on the joke. I've heard stories of various tournaments in different games, (not just fighting games), where they'll flat out disqualify any players who don't "take it seriously", even if nothing they were doing was breaking the rules.

Heck, one of their Executioners is a vampire who is 100% loyal to Arcueid and would immediately turn on them if they tried to turn on her, IIRC.

I suspect that the game gauges the health in % to determine who has more and since the damage difference was so miniscule, both basically lost the same amount of health in % resulting in a draw

Was thinking the same thing. 2827 and 2825 can both be rounded up to 2830 actual damage, assuming the game rounds the digit in the "ones" place. I don't know this game's damage formula, but this would make the most sense with the information given in this instance alone.
