There was this woman that lived on the other side of our small unincorporated town that used to talk shit about my mother to our neighbor. Pure lies type shit. One day our neighbor called mom and said she was up there doing it again. My mom told dad to finish cooking supper and ran out of the house. My mom gets up there and there is the gossip, sitting in her truck talking to the neighbor. Mom walks up, says hi, etc. Then stands and quietly listens as this woman is just telling the most outrageous lies about mom. After a while the gossip-monger says to mom, "I'd don't believe we been introduced, I'm so-and-so." At which point the neighbor sweetly interjects and says, "Oh, how rude of me, I should have introduced you. This is..." The woman took off like her ass was on fire. Gossip stopped that day. Gossips that just make stuff up about people they don't even know are really weird.

Had a neighbor in Phoenix AZ that attacked me in front of my young daughter upon arriving at our apartment one night. Completely out of the blue. Punched me in the face a couple times. She has mental issues and I don’t think she was on her medication. She got arrested but didn’t even spend the whole night in jail. It was ridiculous and I had to move shortly thereafter because I didn’t know if she’d do it again. Crazy! Much ♥️& all the best!

I laughed out loud when you read off the question at the end! I have neighbors that moved into the house next door probably a year ago. MULTIPLE times now I have gone to take my trash out, only to find my can full of my neighbors trash! The first time it happened they had only lived there a couple weeks. Just last week I took my garbage out and had to pull my can to the road for them to pick up next morning......and it's full of a bunch of dirty laundry!! I was livid!! I wheeled my can over to their back yard and dumped it. (I wasn't about to touch their dirty ass laundry, nasty ass bloody panties, etc!!!) They are such pigs that it's all still laying there! I've reported them to the city because they leave their can open and overflowing without even tying the bags and the squirrels and raccoons just have a free for all and they let their garbage blow all over the neighborhood! They must have gotten fined cause they kept it nice n cleaned up for all of about 2-3 weeks and then right back to the same ol shit! Most of the problem is that they have soooooo many people living there and an abundance of garbage every week and only one garbage bin. I'm about to report them again because I believe if they can't fit all their stuff in one can then they need to pay for a second one! The rest of us should not have to pick up their garbage out of our yards just to be able to mow. Not to mention it looks like shit!!! Neighbors suck!!

But they did turn it down.

I've lived next door to someone who put her trash in my bin and gossiped about me to everyone. After installing security cameras and catching her throwing her trash in not only my bin but in my son's bin (who lived in the townhouse between myself and the idiot neighbor), I took everything out of both and put it on her back step. When I caught her again, I made her empty the bins herself. She was a crackhead loser who caused problems for everyone in our complex, until 2017 when we all got together and wrote a letter to the landlord, she was evicted within hours of him receiving it, which also included pictures and videos. To this day she blames only me for her being evicted, and I always tell her that while I'm happy to be the hero in her story, it's unfair of her to give me sold credit. She tried convincing everyone that she was an amazing person who did no wrong, but that only lasted until her house was boarded up by the police for selling drugs, and she was in the news twice in less than two weeks for getting caught selling drugs from her van not long after her house was boarded up. Last year her picture was circulated locally on fb for being caught on camera stealing vegetables from an honour system vegetable stand. She's also banned from a bunch of stores including Walmart and all the dollar stores for shoplifting. She's been a laughing stock around here for years.

Gossip...my father and our neighbor began feuding , started with neighbors putting his construction trash on my parents sidewalk, dad moved it. Next day it happened again. Dad moved it and put a note asking to stop nicely. They did it again. Next note was put up with a machete that wasn't as nice. The neighbor stopped putting the trash there but escalated by spraying round up on the persimmon tree, grape vines and fig tree. My father took salt and wrote assh0l3 lives here on their lawn. Grass died and it stayed for several weeks. They reported my parents for long grass so my father would wait until city sent the notice then raised the lawnmower as high as could then hed cut it. It's funny to talk about now but back then it was scary because you could see him pushing my father into snapping. Luckily we were there to keep it from becoming violent...

‘FEAR THY NEIGHBOR’ is a real life tv show on ID, it happens to be my absolute favorite show in the Whole World… Some of these neighborly disputes starts out with a very minor disagreement and it will escalate to threats of violence and eventually, most of the time, someone ends up dead, and the other ends up in PRISON…..’Is it worth it?’ Instead of these FULL GROWN adults to sit down and have a conversation, like people with MEDULA Oblongata, people with brain 🧠 cells, they do not. Yes but if you live in a suburban neighborhood, chances are your yard isn't big enough for a bunch chickens to spread out so it ends up smelling like ass, which your neighbors then have to deal with. They also attract pests- rats and snakes both like eggs, raccoons, possums, etc and that brings them around more which also becomes a problem in a neighborhood where people live close together. This is why many places don't allow people to keep chickens inside city limits. Some people do anyway and then get all pissy when their neighbors complain and call the city.
