The same way some men can look at other men and find them desirable. Deviance from God’s design , or sin, has plagued mankind for millennia and can only be overcome through faith in Jesus Christ, Son of God, through a relationship with him. Yeah I get what you're saying but I disagree. You see, I would get extremely angry and defensive if I was accused of something I am innocent of, but unfortunately that paints me as acting guilty in some peoples eyes. You can't win either way as far as perception goes. If you're calm, they think you're guilty and you're giving up, if you're angry and defensive, they think you're guilty and trying to get out of it. The best advice is, act in your best interests from a legal standpoint, which is to say nothing to police except to ask for a lawyer.

If any of these people we're handled rough it could be used against the prosecution in court, for instance, if he had any bruises he could claim that the officers had physically abused him in order to get a confession - the claim would probably go nowhere but it would waste a lot of time and could potentially get evidence dismissed. The better you treat a suspect, the more information you're gonna get, and the more charges that can be added on. Remember, this country is innocent until proven guilty, punishment should only occur after you've been proven beyond a reasonable doubt to have committed a crime. It's there to protect you from being falsely punished for a crime that you didn't commit.

Seriously. Jaylen's interrogator was amazing. She came in acting like a newbie, stumbling over her words and using a higher pitched voice to disarm him, and he mistook that as her being naive, ignorant, and unsure of herself. He thought that he was a "veteran" cop who could one-up a young "inexperienced" woman easily. What he didn't consider is that if she was hired to do a serious job like that, she's guaranteed to be damn good at it.

Police do not yell and scream by default. They only raise their voices if the suspect is not obeying or if their safety is in question. There are countless videos of non-officer suspects being arrested and the arresting officers are just as calm, collected, and respectful when the suspect is cooperative. Professionalism is the norm, not the exception. Does this commenter really want the officers to raise their voice and talk down to the suspect for no reason? There are actually a lot of reasons it happens. There are a number of mental conditions that make people not care if it's a kid(though they aren't actually "attracted" to children). There have been cass of minor brain damage and tumors causing people to become attracted to kids. And there are of course regular old pedos. There brains are miswired. The part of the brain responsible for nurturing behavior is cross wired with the part for sexual attraction. We honestly don't know exactly what causes it. But we do know it is at least partly genetic. Which is why pedos can seem to run in a family.(this is not caused by abuse cause it happens even if the person is raised completely separate from their birth family). If you aren't sure how to tell them apart. A rule of thumb is if they use violence or force it's usually a different mental condition from pedophilia. Actual pedophiles usually use grooming and coercion.

Why? It's used in the same way as any other kind of porn. It's just as immoral and exploitative as any other kind of porn. Differentiating it seems only an attempt to legitimatize porn as a socially acceptable media, which will only lead to more exploitation and further degeneracy. How do you think the proliferation of child porn got to where it is now? It's because other porn has been so readily embraced. The addiction and desire leads to the need for more violent and disturbing material, and so the market for child porn grows. @@tonyrandallphillips6641 hmmmmm……going by that logic then they should treat everyone that way. But it only happens with cops getting arrested. It’s disgusting to watch.

It BLOWS MY MIND that these people KNOW that CP and meeting up w/ minors are illegal, and their compulsion for preying on kids is so strong that they'll STILL risk it, fall for obvious honeypots online, and then get themselves sent to prison where they'll be harassed and beaten up...and then when they are released, they're a registered sex offender who nobody wants to hire or even speak to. They throw their entire lives away because they're THAT into looking at kids.

When you are in "fight or flight" mode your frontal cortex shuts down. That's why you see a lot of people who are in trouble or panicking repeat simple questions.

Children who go thru this are changed for LIFE..... some do better than others but I've got a 65 yr old cousin who was sexually abused & going to therapy after my Uncle passed away several months ago. We never knew(family) that she'd endured this but in retrospect it explains some of the troubles she had over her life? They destroy the children they prey upon ! peace

@@triciac1019 ~ yes & as a man I've seen it in some of the ladies I've dated as well. It strips away some of the most beautiful parts of the "relationship". I can't really explain it well but it changes everything in their mind of what, "Love & Sex" are . Also the meaningful mental exchanges are tarnished ~ it's hard for them to TRUST?! Yeah, it's sad all the way around & the Supreme Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg said in an interview she wanted the age of consent to be 12 yrs of age so this is at all levels. Be safe & happy holidays to ALL GB

The word "uncle" doesn't get capitalized unless it immediately precedes man's name.

Yeah Mike, I appreciate your proper education b/c I didn't get one...lol, most of us got indoctrinated so we got what we got. The use of a capital letter was more of this person meaning a lot to me & if you read much of my posts you'd notice I use capital letter all thru sentences for various reasons. If we spoke by mouth it would be very clear as to what I'm saying & I even use capitals to reflect a tone of voice or louder/softer emphasis of the words within the context of what I'm writing. All -n- all, I failed English & I appreciate you didn't let the "Thought/Word" Police know of this egregious error of syntax. I kinda thought you might have something to add to what I said above but I do apologize for losing my focus.... peace man & GB You/yours

I reside in Livingston Parish. The Parish that Dennis Perkins was employed as a deputy sheriff. That is one vile puddle of watery excrement. It was shocking to hear not only his extensive crimes, not only the he resided in my Parish, but he also held authority. Not just negligible but significant authority. He wasn't a rank and file deputy but a detective. All i could do was hang my head and shake it upon receiving the news. To add the cherry on top, the sheriff Jason Ard fully defended this subhuman initially. He quickly backpedaled once he found out the accusations weren't baseless. I'm surprised he won his recent reelection.
