Story: When Roblox uploaded it used the oof sound made by Tommy Tararico, well Tommy disliked this and sued Roblox for using his sound, but however Roblox did not realized that the sound pack they bought had a copyright sound, the “oof” sound from Tommy Tararico, Roblox and Tararico had a deal, Roblox would make a “death sound marketplace” Which you can buy diffrent death sounds including the “oof” one, Roblox had a single year to make the marketplace but 2 years later no marketplace, so time ran out and yeah, the replaced the sound
