Jimi could pick up a Wall Street Journal and start singing the stocks and make it sound good. JP= Hey give a half a man a chance. And you did!

Was the closest Jimi was looking at with all those clothes in his house. One of the jacket he looked at looked like one of the ones I saw him wear at a concert. I loved this song and I loved the video. Jimi looked amazing and he sounds good singing. He still had a wonderful voice 😊😊. I'm bringing Jimi jamison into 2021 with me. I'm still listening to Jimi,s music in the new year.

No. The closet is actually Jim's and the clothing was all his. And trust me, we're ALL bringing Jimi's music along with us. -- Paul (channel manager)

How is it that this slipped by me? It was my time too..I still have the zebra striped spandex shirt I used to wear when I was playing in bands back in the day (which I never really fit into even then. LOL). This is GREAT. Kudos. RIP Jimi.

Good song. Reminds me a little of that other song about Rock ‘n’ roll heaven. Who is the woman at the end?

Who is the blonde lady? Is that his wife?
@JimPeterikRocks4 жыл бұрын
Mary Anna, that lady is Kristie Schramm. She did the hair and makeup for the video, and is now also my photographer. She took the photo I'm using for my profile.

Jim Peterik Thank you so much for your kind reply 😀 She is a very talented lady. I really enjoyed both the song and video.

@@JimPeterikRocks it seems a bit suggestive to have her shown repeatedly in the video specifically with Jimi and on his arm. I understand he was separated but still legally married and it simply comes across as a bit disrespectful, imo. One of the qualities I always perceived strongly about JJ was his respect for other people. This seems to detract from that even if it was innocent. Especially as a portion of it was included in his memorial video. I hope that was not a blatant disregard as to how that may have caused his family to feel regardless of what he chose to do in private.
@JimPeterikRocks3 жыл бұрын
@@phuckoffbigbrother7557 Absolutely not. The video is a small movie, not a documentary of Jimi's life. Kristie, in this case, is simply an actress playing a part. She was there, already part of the project, and Jimi was perfectly fine with the whole process. --- Paul (channel manager)

@@JimPeterikRocks kind of you to respond, Paul. I have no doubt he was fine with it as he was upfront about his affinity for beautiful blondes lol. It felt unnecessary is all, like a weird kind of desperate attempt to show even aging rock stars still get their groupies even when they are legally committed elsewhere. I am a huge fan of Survivor and JJ since the early 80's & met them many times. Aside from diva Sullivan they were always just the most likeable and respectable people. I think thats why this feels bothersome. Yeah, yeah, I get it & saw it that they do their things on the sly. That's rock star life. But putting it unnecessarily in a video was tacky. Again, my opinion. It took away from being able to otherwise feel warmly nostalgic about this was all. Its already done, sadly he is already gone but having just come across this it left an unpleasant impression is all.
