“Me, Myself and I” "Every Muslim should be warned of the oppression of: ‘I - My/Mine - I Possess’ Indeed these three words are what Iblees (Shaytan), Fir’awn and Qaroon were tried with. * Iblees said: ‘I am better than him’ * Fir’awn said: ‘Is not mine the Kingdom of Egypt,’ * Qaroon said: ‘This has been given to me only because of knowledge I possess.’ So regarding the saying of the Slave of Allaah ‘I’ - then the best that he can be described with is: * I am a slave who sins, makes mistakes, seeks forgiveness and recognizes this. So regarding the saying of ‘My/Mine’ - and those statements similar to that is: * My sins, my crimes, my humbleness, my depravation and submissiveness. So regarding the saying of ‘I Possess’: * Forgive me for my mistakes and what I do intentionally, in jest, or in seriousness and I possess all these shortcomings.

Subhanallah this video was extremely eye opening. Allah SWT is so merciful. May Allah protect us all from the shaytaan 💙 Salah is the #1 priority of our day. Some ways to focus in it Inshallah: • Learn, understand and contemplate the translation (helped me sm Alhamdulillah) • Don't rush, Allah is the owner of time • Know that only the parts you r focusing r accepted/rewarded • Never assume you will be alive to pray the next prayer • Know Allah loves the obligatory acts the most, so perfect it. • Know you r communicating with your maker, the One who gave you eyes to even read this comment Subhanallah • Pray all prayers on time, Allah eases all trials for this • One main purpose Allah SWT created us for is to submit to Him alone, not this dunya, nothing else is worth more then your prayer I hope this knowledge I have attained Alhamdulillah is beneficial to you Inshallah. In no way am I perfect when it comes to focusing in salah, but we must always progress and remind our selves (screen shot). This is a reminder to me first. May Allah make all your affairs easy for you 💙

Subhannallah. I understand how you feel. The only good thing that the shutdowns have done for me personally is isolation. In my isolation I have pondered and reflected upon life and people. So much is wrong with the hearts. La howla wa la quita illa billa. The other best thing the isolation has done is get me out to the mountains, the valleys and streams. I have reflected upon the Greatness of Our Creator more than ever before. I say brother find the quiet places of your mind. Hold yourself there and build up your amazing connection with The Almighty. Subhannallah. People will always let us down but The Almighty Never does. Don't worry my fellow traveler. You have others who feel the same. Subhannallah. Making duaa for you and your peace of mind, body and spirit.
