@@byronp2311 the thing is with most actors even like Penny (Kaley) you can very easily differentiate between the actor and the character. With Jim, he has put so much of him into Sheldon (which is a great thing btw) that I really can't seperate the two. Like I can easily watch Stephanie Beatrice from Brooklyn 99 and seperate her from Rosa, and Sonya from modern family. I am not saying Jim should have been completely different from his real self but now Sheldon is infused with bits of him that make it really hard to see the Jim in Jim, if that makes sense

His epiphany at the Nobels was way too late, way too little, and unlikely to last very long, so self-absorbed was the character.
