Actually he is the best in the business and he is giving you free tips and tricks to pass this exam, remember when you are doing any osce exams in the uk the stimulators actually talks faster then this gentleman. Also, you will see different accents throughout your stations. So, Challenge yourself to understand to nail your exam. My English is not perfect but I have no problem with his speed. Salute 🫡

You need to learn to follow native speakers at normal speaking speed. Your exam will have native speakers. They're not likely to speak slowly just to make you comfortable
