@Pkshah - Svayambhuva Manu and Shatarupa are creations of Lord Vishnu, directly manifesting His divine will. 1. Created by Lord Vishnu: o The Bhagavata Purana (3.12.54) and other texts hint that Svayambhuva Manu and Shatarupa were created by the supreme will of Lord Vishnu, manifesting directly to assist in the propagation of dharma and creation. o Lord Vishnu, being the ultimate controller of creation, inspires and directs Brahma in his creative activities. In this specific case, He is said to have directly manifested Manu and Shatarupa to guide the first phase of human civilization. 2. Amazement of Brahma: o In some interpretations, it is said that Brahma was indeed amazed by the sudden appearance of Svayambhuva Manu and Shatarupa, realizing that their divine origin surpassed his own creative abilities. o This indicates their special role as progenitors of mankind, directly empowered by Lord Vishnu. ________________________________________ Brahma's Role in Creation While Lord Brahma is the creator in a functional sense, he operates under the direction of Lord Vishnu. Thus, even though Manu and Shatarupa may be called Brahma's "offspring," their ultimate source is Vishnu, who is the origin of all living beings. The offspring of Brahma, including Svayambhuva Manu, Shatarupa, and others, are not "biological" siblings as understood in human terms. They were created directly by Brahma through his will (manasa-putra and manasa-kanya) and not through physical processes. Hence, their relationships are unique and transcend ordinary human conventions. ________________________________________ ys Radheshyam das

This lecture is heavily biased and one-sided (although it appears to cover multiple perspectives). The leader also should take responsibility, to not mislead, or give false promises and expectations, otherwise any form of abuse gets justified, and entire blame goes onto the innocent, vulnerable, submissive, subordinate junior devotee, who may not even be able to communicate his side of the story. Also, there is incomplete understanding of Bhagawat-Dharma
