Except I just spun my totem and it won't stop spinning so I'm worried I'm stuck in a dream where I didn't keep trying to force this episode to happen.

Is it better to force creativity until you like where you're at, or to simply give up and try something new?

I want to say I understand the reference in thi comment, but I don't and I even tried goggling it and still found nothing. Please explain so I feel less in the dark. Wait, or were you really working on an idea about Bette Midler and you and gave up?

What do you really mean when you say force here? You don't have a gun behind the camera or anything right? I think you're really overthinking this and just need to relax, you're not forcing anything by just going out and having a good time just because you also want to get it on film. I also don't see how anything was a failure up until you started saying it on camera. I got the impression that everything was cool and you guys were having a ton of fun except for when you were on camera saying "I thought it would be different" or "I feel like I'm forcing it". I don't think you were forcing anything you were just so in your head the whole time it was like a negative feedback loop and you convinced yourself that you were forcing it. Just try to relax man, especially when that surprise stuff came up you just looked so anxious and worried about making the video while also not forcing it but also you were anxious because you felt you were forcing it but also everyone was trying to trick you etc. Make the content you want to make and be 100% confident in it because it came from you and you're a talented person who obviously knows how to film and edit a proper youtube video. Just let yourself be yourself and don't worry if it feels forced or not, because even if it is, forcing good content is still good content :)

Hey Nade, thanks for the feedback. As for your question on the forcing, what I was forcing was the whole video. When the footage came back from the first one, it was almost unusable and the sound made it so half of the stuff we filmed couldn't be heard, so I was just going to call it a loss and not make any video at all. The forcing was me putting together the two days as well as trying to tell that story instead of trashing it. So in a way, I moved on to try something new, while at the same time, forcing myself to use what's there. I really wish I could relax sometimes, but I have zero chill 90% of the time due to anxiety and OCD. We were having fun, but, like with the surprise, when the stuff I'd planned on doing didn't happen, I couldn't find a way to enjoy just being there (I was also worried it wouldn't be interesting to watch if I'm honest). But I'm working on it, I promise. If you'd seen me five years ago, you'd think I was being the coolest, calmest cat ever in this video. Thanks again for this kind (and constructive) comment. There's a lot of great advice in here and it means a lot.
