The 'photography as meditation' line really resonates with me - I just read a line in one of Joel Meyerowitz's books "photography is about being exquisitely present."

Definitely need to pick up on his books, been on the Wishlist for awhile now! And definitely agree on his sentiments regarding photography; it definitely feels like an ironic way to stay present.
