But you're right those guys are pretty creepy, Solomon Grundy a giant super strong zombie is actually scared of Professor Pyg but there's one thing that will help you in Gotham unlike in the other cities, a gun because not a lot of Batman's rogues gallery are bulletproof. One self defense headshot to the Joker and the city would probably throw you a parade.

Batman looks like ass in daylight and he’s really more of a gothic night time superhero. A day-time game wouldn’t work as well as it does for Spider-Man. Maybe if you played as Bruce in the day it would work better.

@@wjzav1971 it would have been hard to make that fit with the atmosphere of the games and Batman as a character. Whereas Spider-man is a “friendly neighborhood” hero, Batman is supposed to keep to the shadows and not really interact with civilians. In many incarnations of Batman, it’s years before average citizens even know he’s real, as he’s so elusive that he’s thought to be an urban myth. It is a little contrived though how Arkham City, Knight, and Origin all have to have reasons why you have a city to free roam in but the only people you interact with are criminals, cops, and other first responders. Origins is the most ridiculous because the only explanation is that it’s Christmas Eve and there’s a snowstorm, but in a city of millions there’s not a car on the road or a civilian on the street.

@@jayb8934 Yeah, even with the Blizzard in Origins, it was pretty unrealistic that the streets would be as bad as Arkham City. A lot of players would've probably hated it if they did this, but I think it would've been really cool if Origins had civilian areas where you have to evade their attention. Whether that's because it can cause a police response that'd be enough to insentivise stealth, or just going with the nuclear option with a game-over. It wouldn't have to be too hard, as civilians wouldn't be alert enough to easily see Batman and they wouldn't be everywhere. But as I said at the start, it'd probably be a controversial mechanic no matter how it's done. So I understand why the devs wouldn't do anything similar, even if they had the idea themselves.

You can also see a single Militia Shield that may or may not be broken depending on whether or not you broke it, you know, two days later. It's on the leftmost end of the trench, on the side opposite the Studios on a crane. Edit: Ah, you can actually see it at 0:34 for like one frame. It's just left of Gordon's head.
