It's actually pretty easy to drift in racing games. Like gran turismo 3 a-spec for the ps2 it's has the ae86 in it. And believe me it's a sweet game.

you kinda need to know a little about cars to fuck around with settings but im sure there's writeups online, just google trueno tunes for forza, but as a rule a bit of negative camber and a little toe in on the front wheels never hurt
