When the Frost is on the Pumpkin

I love how the photos match up with the lyrics! My paternal grandmother received her teaching credentials in 1912, and taught in rural Wisconsin, and later in very rural North Dakota. Just last week I found her original copy of the Churchill Grindell Songbook she used in her classes, which contained "When the Frost is on the Punkin", copyright 1883. I was wondering about the tune! This is fun, and the concertina sounds great. Thank you!
