@@kahm7212 well that's largely due to a ongoing problem. Dumb noobs in higher tiers where they don't belong. But wotb finally released a fun mode permanently because instead of fixing the noob problem they would rather release the fun mode. It's a money grab homeboy

Yup maus definetly needs a armor buff due to the pen changes. Its stupid you can pen a maus upper plate Upper plate needs 50mm(200-250) Turret needs 25 or 30mm(250-280) Only then it can slightly be on the super strong category on a skilled players

Maus defensive capabilities are underrated imo. Its weak spots are objectively small and its profile is impervious almost everywhere else unless it’s against an extreme pen TD. It’s ability to angle itself to bounces, sometimes accidentally is also super troll and it makes people aiming at your sides who aren’t patient bounce your armor as it goes from red to grey to red. It’s especially annoying if you’re a mobile player trying to pen the maus as snapping shells is much less precise on mobile. Maus also being impervious to really any HE ammo and having the most HP in the game really round it out. The only time I notice the Maus gets absolutely shit on is when Maus players drive it in the open against TDs and can’t escape in time. Or when you’re in a close range heavy brawl like himmsledorf and accurate heavies like the concept or VZ have all day to sit and aim on your weak spots from a few meters away

​@@SageSea1I have never bounced a gold shell from a kran, emil, BZ, etc. From a short distance E-100 with gold shells can cut through the upper plate of the maus.

I like the maus a lot, and most average players don't really know how to deal with the maus apart from meds, and lights, so it puts their advance to a hold most of the time. Which is something I like. I have he feeling that I get rushed less in the maus then when I am playing another heavy or a medium. Though as soon as player know how to deal with a maus or load gold it falls apart very quickly. I think I have never bounced a gold shell with the maus, which is kinda sad.

With all the changes to effective pen and armor, the Maus almost never lives up to its former glory of an invincible fortress with so much HP. But in certain situations like Droods showcased, its absolutely powerful, as long as the curcumyare just right

I had a terrible team one rating game - blocked 7375 damage in a Super Conq, only dealt 2.5k damage, and lost. The Maus, if positioned well should be able to bounce most shots frontaly

Yeah that's a lucky game, when I driving a tank like the 113 and I see a Maus I pop adrenaline and start spamming prammo like crazy, the Maus can't do anything about it other than retreating or getting chewed alive.

Maus turret should be 300 mms thick and the front hull should be 240 would make it just like the vk 90 or even a premium maus would be nice but as it is with the new pen buffs and the extra armor being changed its not anywhere neer as fun as it used to be.
