The women who paid to attend this “women empowerment brunch” came for the purpose to network and hear successful black women entrepreneurs give insight to them concerning running successful businesses. Yes , they may have 9-5 jobs to keep a roof over their heads, but their obvious goal is to one day own their own business & make money for themselves instead of a greedy stingy corporation! 🙄🤷🏾♀️ I am assuming that the producers cut, sliced and edited a lot of meaningful parts from this segment. Because it’s definitely important for people to know how the businesses was initially started financially, were they brick & mortars or on the internet , LLCs , partnerships , did any of them get business loans , how many hours they put in to run their businesses, how long before they could pay themselves and how long did they go without paying themselves ect ?!! Latrice was telling the truth , the audience was there because they want to eventually leave their “9-5 “ jobs . Nothing wrong with her statement, I’m sure that the shady producers edited out a lot of what was discussed to paint her as a lush! She certainly shouldn’t have been drinking while sitting on the panel, very unprofessional and tacky! She had time to get a glass of wine prior to sitting on that stage! I get she was nervous, but she could easily Google how to present herself on a stage to an audience, the do’s & don’ts! There is no excuse today for ignorance, when there is a plethora of information on the internet today! 🙄🤷🏾♀️

This is why you can’t trust people on the internet.
