Totally theoretical, but what are your thoughts on using the Errata instead of the monowire as the melee weapon of choice? You pop contagion and overheat on everyone, and the ones that are still living (i.e. the maxtac units or other bosses), you get guaranteed crits on with your Errata since Contagion + Overheat causes an explosion that gets rid of contagion, but they're still burning from Overheat. Could possibly free up your optics spot since I believe you're using the Iconic one that gives Crit chance, which might allow you to be able to squeeze in Axolotl instead of Newton Module in terms of cyberware capacity then.

you can honestly do it legit if you just hammer out gigs and side missions, but I'd imagine they're using console commands or mods or something like that to just have fun with builds. (just guessing tho)
