@@elyanasuzy8490 I hope I can explain well to you. I am a medical student but if I do any mistake, do tell me as my knowledge are still not enough and I still have a lot of things to improve. Just a warning that it's going be lengthy so if you want to read, thank you. If not, that's okay too. Actually anxiety simply means fear of something. Everyone have this, you know, feeling anxious when trying to prepare a presentation in front of people, taking an exam and etc. However, it become an anxiety disorder when the fear becomes out of proportion and disturbed their activity in daily life which causes insomnia and worries a lot. Some of the common ones are panic attack (when their heart started palpating hard without reasons, it could happen anywhere and with that they are scared and worries when the panic attack come again. That's why they are more conscious when their heart beat more than other people. Usually people are not conscious of their heart beating but with panic attack disorder, they become conscious and if any slightly elevation, they will started to worry that they are going into panic attack). Secondly is SAD, social anxiety disorder where the people with this disorder are excessive fear for being judge from other people in what they do, talk or even wear. This could lead to isolation and depressive symptoms/disorder. Another will be GAD, generalized anxiety disorder, this means the person had excessive worries with a lot of things. You can't really pinpoint where her/his worries falls into and this could develop into insomnia because their mind are filled with worries. That are some of it and there are many more. There are a lot of situation where excessive anxiety can come with, it's also correlated with their personality. Some personality prone to get anxiety disorder however that doesn't mean, other personality can't get it, it's just in lower risk so everyone do have a possibility to get an anxiety disorder. p.s. if you read until here, thank you so much. I hope you kinda get an idea what anxiety disorder all about. When you feels that your worries are getting out of proportion, do reach out to family members and go to nearby clinic or hospital. Anxiety disorder have the same importance with other disorder/diseases. Social support is very important to help them too. I hope this helps. ❤️

@@sneha.k7104 lemme explain you So actually idk in deep but then when they were shooting "More and More" MV at that time because of that loud noise something happened to her neck and she was rushed in the hospital and then she had a neck surgery after that so the doctor told her to take bedrest as much as possible and to not take any stress or over work yourself or to lose any weight. That's why she was on hiatus for 1 year (June 2020 to June 2021) that's why i wrote that comment. (EXCUSE MY ENGLISH AM A KOREAN)
