I took my WWII father off life support 4 years ago today, Valentine's Day. He was a great dad and my best friend. My wife and I took care of him till the end. It was nice to hear Coby received the Blessed Sacrament the morning he passed. I prayed the Rosary for the people who died in that horrible accident.

Kobe wasn't a good husband at all. He cheated on his wife multiple times with multiple women. That's why his wife had previously filed for a divorce. It's documented, look it up. And, he and his parents were not even on speaking terms at the time of the crash. They hadn't spoken in years. His family did not attend his wedding, nor did they attend his final game when he retired. He sued his parents a few years ago for attempting to sell some of his early basketball memorabilia, uniforms, rings, etc.. So, your "feel"ings mentioned in your Comment are wrong. Yes i'm sure they knew and was looking out the window to see that the helicopter was going down and I cannot imagine the screams and the terror in their voices before it crashed. Once it crashed, they all died instantly!!! I'm just glad that none of them suffered...

KMT15 in the pics of the accident you can see unfortunately the seats from the helicopter that broke out and didn’t get burned is where a few bodies were, there was a body in the pic on-top of another but very hard to tell what is what and very gruesome with some zooming in at that speed things get very ugly and can only imagine what the 1st people on the scene saw?!? She was so cute, I feel so sorry for her mom and all of the mothers who lose their kids. It’s going to be something she will never get over, she will grieve for a long time. When my husband died he had left a pair of jeans and his tennis shoes on his bathroom floor and I left them for days, I didn’t pick them up and throw them away because if I left them it was like he was still here and coming back to put them on, I just couldn’t face it that he wasn’t coming back. I’m getting tearful just thinking about it. She’s going to have so much to deal with emotionally because you know their house is filled with memories and keepsakes. When I started finally purging his things I was like a crazy woman removing all of his clothes as fast as I could to then get them out of my sight. That is so hard to do because you are admitting to yourself that they aren’t coming back. I’m sure many people will help her. I read that his parents didn’t approve of their marriage and that’s sad because they can’t comfort each other. I’m closer to my husband baby sister than I was before his death because she saw how much it hurt me to lose him and she loved her big brother too so we comforted each other.

My friend is a firefighter who was on the scene. He said this story is fake. Without going into great detail he said nobody was hugging. You couldn't even determine exactly who was who. That had to be determined at autopsy
