Just a little side note, Bugatti weren't the ones to beat Mclaren to the top speed record. Koenigsegg held it for over a year before the Veyron, and considering the size of the company back then (the CCR that broke the record was their 8th ever car made) AND that they beat the record on the Nardo bowl that scrubs speed, I think it is an even greater achievement than either the F1 or the Veyron.
@maelstrom80882 жыл бұрын
I disagree. It took, what 14 years for someone to break F1's record? And even then, it still required forced-induction to do it vs the naturally-aspirated engine on the F1. It was no small feat from Koenigsegg, but that was the beginning of everyone and their brother coming out with hypercars. It took a decade and a half of technological advancement before it was dethroned.
