i hear a lot of people say you shouldnt go cull and if possible not even refillable pot since you dont wanna slow down your Q evolve. is that not the case?

Hey! I think it really depends on each game. In general, I agree that Q evolve is probably Kaisa's biggest spike, so prioritizing that is never wrong. Here, I went cull because i had 500g, and up until that it turned out that we had a farm lane (due to supports and junglers and mid laners, which are not in our hands), so I went cull, since it seemed like it'll be easy to complete it before needing the item slot for blasting wand + amplifying tome for W evolve later. The Teleport pick is another factor to consider, as it gives you a few extra CS.
