Well his laning was pretty bad, 10 minutes in and topson has double his net worth and 3 times his last hits. Sure he got 2 kills but the. oracle lost mid tower minute 6. Later on oracle has barely more money than pos 4 and 5. Seems like it wasn't the right pick especially when there were other heroes that can farm or make plays.

Yeah he turned from mid to support. No damage, no spell amp, 9 kills pretty much from KS i think because oracle is a hero that good at it.
