I see kid name ends with raj. Many names in India ends with j like yuvraj, shivraj, viraj. But george ends with ge. So other language words which has letters ends with j, how does it work?

Because those are Indian (Hindi) names written in English. Moreover, phonic sounds and spelling rules have nothing to do with the names of people and places especially.
