Jesus gave us authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy and by no means shall anything ever hurt you. Luke 10:19 I take dominion and authority over all pain and disability in Nelly's body and I speak to the spirits of infirmity, pain and disease and I command you to let God of her in the name of Jesus the only begotten and holy son of God. I bind your efforts and command you to leave her and go to the pit where you belong. I speak life into her body and bind any sickness or death and command them to leave as well. You shall not die but live and declare the works of the Lord. Psalm 118:7. Whatsoever things we ask in the name of Jesus believing that we have received them, we shall have them. The story of Job demonstrates the great self deception of Satan, how he's never learned from his first sin of pride. He should have known from the first if God said Job wouldn't fail that he wouldn't fail no matter what he did. But he has never had his eyes opened to his sin. He still believes he can best God in some way! He'll continue with his quest to deceive the world with the Antichrist until the day Jesus returns and defeats him for good. So smart in some ways, so cunning, but never smart enough to simply repent & believe God as he always should have.
