Some of these people ranting about how everyone should just evacuate; SOME people don't have the resources or money to go anywhere. Half the country is BROKE. I used to be that person who said such things, but now know better. Sometimes you can only stay put and hope you don't get washed away, like in Katrina. Then they ask, why do you live in a place with hurricanes? Well, why do you live in a place with wildfires, tornadoes, volcanoes, and earthquakes? Good luck finding anywhere safe in today's world, where the earth is truly PISSED OFF.
