The HTF1 is going to need a blue paint scheme to match the steering wheel now. Jesse the car is coming together and getting closer to Raceday. I know some folks were talking about the fan, we had to switch to an electric fan because we kept slinging a blade off through the hood of the car, plus we were able to regulate out water temp as well, especially on cooler nights. Anyway everything looking good thanks for the video again, awesome job.

Love your guy’s videos so I have to offer a little helpful advice. If you mount the pulley to water pump first. Tilt front of water pump down and put the belt on and then install the water pump bolts into the block. It’s a lot easier!!!

Torque tip... if it's a bolt that will be stressed, go to the lesser torque spec. Higher torque just increases the stress.

Look how to put on a stretch belt. It's very simple with zip ties. Bolt everything up and the roll it on with the crank pulley. It's very simple with 2 good tight zip ties.

I may have a silly question I'm not real familiar with the crate motors if you have to get inside the engine to fix something let's say a timing belt and you have to break the seal how do they determine whether you got into the motor or not or are you even allowed to work on the internal parts of the motor

Only certified shops are suppose to work on sealed crate engines. That eliminates the racers from cheating by building better engines, this whole class is about keeping the cars equal as can be.
