What is the state of investment in residential property and what trends have been observed in the second-hand residential property market? Majd akkor lendül fel a piac ha azok a négyzetméter árak lesznek mint 2019, ha nem akkor várni kell még egypár évet, amíg a kamatok magasan vannak mind a hitel mind a betét addig nem fog mozdulni semmi. Ez a két- 3 tényező befolyásolja alapvetően a piacot+ a rosszul szabályozott csok infláció okozó képessége.

A 2019-es négyzetméterárak már nem térnek vissza, csak felfelé megyünk. A Covidra is azt hitték sokan, hogy majd letöri az árakat. A kamatokban igazad van, ha újra alacsonyak lesznek, akkor újra megélénkül a hitelfelvétel. A CSOK egy magában nem felelős olyan sok mindenért, vannak mellette más tényezők is.

Azért az elég tragikomikus, hogy az új építésű ingatlan m2 ára duplája, mint a jó állapotú használté. Ja és olyan új építésű és minőségű lakóparki lakásokat láttunk, hogy inkább a használt!
