I also face the same situation and you will never get refund also. The introduction call gives out lot of fake promises but they don’t reflect that in their work. Wasted a big set of money for their poor service. Only marketing team is active, the action team almost never follows up and doesn’t communicate. Avoid them if you can

Hi yash, i am stuck in a typical issue at US visa portal for appointment of my wife. I have been facing a problem in appointments. Whenever i try to book appointment, i get OFC appointment only. I never reach to council appointment. Also the OFC appointment is also automatically cancelled by system in 1 hr. It has happened thrice. I neither recieve any email of confirmation or cancellation. Pls guide as to what to do. The customer care is clueless and they are unable to find any correct solution. Will be glad if you can help
