People won't change until the rules get strict and the government should change the DL Procedure and make it much harder and make a merit system through which you will be given DL As per Class based on CC limits and It might get suspended for too much penalties

And the reports can be reported with proof at RTO so they can deduct the merit and impose fines etc on the vehicle

Hi, I really admire your videos and the way you covered some of the strong pointer by this video it was really appreciated. 1) Footpath pointer. 2) A boy was hanging his helmet instead wearing it. 3) A man was using his mobile continuously while riding. 4) Auto rickshaw driver not riding properly in traffic and you made him understand. 5) You touched a bike by mistake and immediately said sorry it shows how gentle you are. Kindly keep making such videos more and try to convey the messages as much you can, coz society really wants to understand the protocols. Looking forward for next the video :)
