The good thing about these reruns is that if a free players saves their selas and only does 40 draws on each of them they will get mystical falnas and then they can actually level up characters to 90-100 once we get more shadow medals.

out of all the gacha games ive played I think this might be the most unfair and greediest one. The amount of banners I have had to skip because I lack selas even though as a day 1 player who is always top scoring in both arena modes and full clearing all events and weekly reset modes, top scoring enough to get ur bonds in event rankings, and pays for the montly selas subscription, which then also buys the battle pass, etc. Is just unreal. This game is really becoming a pay to play game. Not even pay to win, just to even play the game. Snowbreak containment zone I can pity every single new character banner and have some left over. I can unlock pretty much everything by playing (minus the gun banners of which you get the slightly worse one for free) so what do i do? I spend about $100-120 a month on skins since its just a fun game. Epic 7, its a little bullshit with the power creep and the moonlight heroes but for all regular banners I get PLENTY to be able to guarntee a pull. Things like that are why that game is years old with millions of players and is constantly growing cause new players have the capability to actually play it and compete. Danmachi memoria freese again if you played every single day and did everything you would easily be guarnteed to be able to pity on all the banners they come out with with each new set including reruns. Girls Frontline 2, im still feeling it out but seems like they give an acceptable amounto at least pity one unit each time. I cannot imagine playing this game as a new player this must be awful. All these games, you are guanteed the unit and then getting dupes or buying skins or interactive scenes with real money is what gets people to pay. I have no idea why they wont add pay for interactive scenes with this game its a cash cow thats just sitting there. Having a game like this where you do everything and even pay them money and still not have enough to pity for the event banners unit is insane and just drives people away from playing. Edit: I just realised a single pity is over $200. wtffffff!!!!!!

I'm not too mad about the gacha system itself because there are worse out there and honestly it's not as bad here outside of maybe taking a little longer than normal to build pity but it doesn't help if they keep chucking banners like they have now and especially with no pity carry forward system. If it's the usual one banner a month then it's not a biggie because then it's about the same as say a hoyo game to give an example where you can get a pity every patch or a bit more than a patch so you can get one in like 2-3 characters (obvs 50/50 and all comes into play in those games) and in some games I've seen worse as well. But yeah problem being the issue here is just the sheer amount of banners dropping on top of now what is limited time to actually summon lol. And tbf with the pricing it's actually a lot better now compared to before but it's still like the about average when it comes to gacha games. What doesn't also help is the number of Selas required seems so inflated compared to other games currencies being a lot lower in terms of number even though the pricing is the same.

@@galeriot7 The game has gotten better from a money to selas perspective. Problem is that selas to gameplay perspective i think is at the worst its ever been. I remember how happy we both were during the anni with all the postive changes they were starting to make. but the power creep now regarding awakens and just getting the unit in general is what is getting to me. Also everything you talked about with the shadow medals or whatever they are called to get level 90 and 100 characters. I guess what bothers me is that If a game gets to unfair in the competitve aspect I can just say screw it and use it as a cute waife collector sim but not being able to do that is what grinds my gears. Ever since this game came out I have always had to skip every other banner, or one of the two event banners like the summer one, and I've skipped every single rerun ever. I have had to pity nearly every single fucking unit in this game, (i just looked and recalled, this new ais, Harmonia, bride ryu, and bride tione, Floaty Princess Ais, Bride Ais, Beach Temptress syr, and Evening Blossom Chigusa are the only units in the game which I have not pitied. Also considering how much new player selas i "lost" in the beginning when they didnt have a proper pity system sorted yet still kinda irritates me. Also sucks when so many of my old memoria freese memebers ask for artwork and showcase of these untis of which i cant pull :(. And maybe im just used to playing games that were better then. Cause like memoria freese, $20 got you a unit. That was fair and nice and because of that i had no problem dropping $60 a month on the game. And as i mentioned above so many of the other games i play allow me to collect base levels at least. there are also several nsfw games that i ommitted to mention but also follow that same trend where every 2 weeks on those im guarnteed to pity the unit to enjoy but if i want to be competitve then i would need to pay the $35? and $50 per pity on those. I guess thats just what im used to but even still it should stand that BECAUSE those games are like that im far more willing to spend money on it. I've been thinking about stopping my monthly sub to this game because the amount they give is honestly pathetic for whats needed, as you said this games premium is hyper inflated. So many needed units that all require awakens that it gets overwhelming and makes me want to give up which i think is what just happeed to one of our guys. Our best player and long time memoria freese player just quit. We are down to two last members of maple tree :(. With the consecutive new banners coming out, im speculating that they are trying to put as much new banners out there before EoS. That might be a sign. Iv been expecting eos anytime soon but i still like playing the game for the iP.

Spent all of my iris from the last months pulling for Ryu, didn't get anything in 12 pulls. The spent the next 5 hours running macros to spend gifts to scrape out the last pulls to go to pity and got a single Ryu from the pity ticket. Somehow the devs of a gacha game have made the gacha mechanic the least fun aspect of their gacha game. Having 0 pity carry over between banners means I as a casual player who ignores all of the garbage game modes means if a character pops up that I am interested in I had better have been saving for the last 4-6 months. So definitely getting nothing from half ani.

I saw that this morning and I was livid. Such a blatant attempt at a cash grab. It’s completely unreasonable and unrealistic for players to be able to roll on 5 different banners, 2-3 of which are up for a week or even less!! I’ve decided I’m not even going to bother rolling on any banner if I can’t at least be sure to afford the four rolls needed to secure the guaranteed Mystical Falna. Naturally, I have no hope of obtaining the necessary Selas in the next 3 days, and I’m not seriously considering dropping $50-120 of actual cash for this BS!!

Another thing that shows they are money hungry, the new fest characters are the only ones on the banner, only hogni, only the brothers, only ryu. We had Bell and Ais on 1 banner and we had Harmonia and Aphro on 1 banner, this shit crazy

So many wrong recently and the worst i think is the banner characters becoming kinda useless after 1-4 unless they are maxed out which only whales can do. While anniversary characters ofcourse need 20 shards is insane as well as the rates didnt really get anything under 120 pulls for a while. I kinda wanna stop playing but i love danmachi so since there wont have anything else its hard to just quit. Need to have another long time gacha that is more built on story or something cause even these stories are kinda boring
