It’s good but the saejima vs kiryu fight should’ve had recieve you in the background, like honestly we’ve only had a version of revive you play for Kiryu in 2 games vs majima having a new version of receive you every game you fight him or as him except 1

@@cavemanbuddyolpal True, I do wish Kiryu had more Receive You themes. Even though it doesn't play in the English version, I still count Reborn and Ballad in 4's ending to be for Kiryu. Instead of putting generic music during the story's climax, I think they should have used Receive You Ballad in 4.

Come on bruhhh the yakuza 5 hate from everyone is so dumb, It's a really good game story wise and gameplay wise, if u dont agree at first then just analyse it more, there are so many things that are sort of hard to gain a proper understanding on, its complex but the story is far from a joke, probably one of the best stories in any rgg game (Ik its a joke but still wanted to say this)

Don't get me wrong, Yakuza 5 is a great game in general and I enjoyed it like every other yakuza game, but comparing the story to other yakuza games? I think it has one of the weaker stories. I remember the first time playing the game I thought that the finale was going to be it's own singular chapter but it ended up having multiple chapters and each chapter the story got more convoluted and confusing than it already was. Even the final boss doesn't know why he's there. That's my personal opinion. Anyways, whatever you opinion on this game is, you shouldn't care about anyone else's opinion as long as you enjoy it.

But the plot had too many unnecessary parts where threads would just get extended and the pacing is the worst out of all the games. 4 did multiple protags way better. All they needed was a really good editor and it would have been the best next to 0.

the battle for the dream is really just the deal of taste. it depends on how you look at it: if just a song, then its meh, but if you'll look from different corner and realise that its final boss theme you'll start getting used to it
