i have so many feelings on this. first off, fantastic, seriously brilliant and intuitive silent film-making, plays on genuine fears and anxieties and actually gets to the core of what we feel when our privacy is intruded by what should be a very normal interaction.... but also... how sad is this? we are this level of disjointed as a society and with our communities (especially in modern western culture) that we feel genuine anxiety at the idea of interacting with a delivery person. i do too. but you wonder how it got to be this way?? walking down a street and avoiding eye contact, not knowing our neighbours, being in the dark in this apartment i feel was a really good symbolism for the way a lot of us live: lonely and alone. truly we need to push ourselves to HAVE those interactions, even if it's uncomfortable. to say "thank you!", and "hope you have a good rest of your night", whatever i don't care just something. we need to remember we're human again rather than virtual reality plebs which is how many of us live. i never knew how much this was true of myself until i worked at a summer camp as a counselor. until then i'd always seen myself as a bit of a misanthropist... i liked being alone and i hated people. then suddenly i developed all these relationships with other people both different and alike and learned what it was to rely upon others and have them rely on you ... i realised after coming home and being alone again that the thing i - as an eternal loner - had craved all my life was not alone-ness at all, but genuine community. anyway, i know this was a novel but it felt good to put it all down!

From the cinematography to the plots and movie references, all these skits keep getting better and better. The creativity and nuance that goes into this channel is absolutely mind blowing. Shout out to your team and everyone behind the scenes! It’s an honor watching y’all grow.

I was like "sure, first world's problems because in Latin America there's bars everywhere and you can't dream of leaving your orders outside" but then I started feeling peak anxiety while watching and couldn't more than awkwardly laugh during all the video 😂 Great job guys!

I've seen this before but somehow this time I was legitimately scared while watching it. The delivery guy looks just like a guy who works at my local post office. He's very nice and helpful.
do you know who my dad is?
