Also many people have reported that their therapists suck; some straight up ignore or disregard the patient's real diagnosed mental health problems or straight up don't show for the scheduled meetings. Only one I would definitely suggest avoiding is illumnaughti's video on it, because screw her (it doesn't even show up anywhere high in the search results now anyway, but just figured I would throw it out there). There are even some videos out there from former therapists who worked for them to speak on the conditions on how things were handled from their side, which are worth checking out. All that said, I can certainly understand that if Daniel truly did use betterhelp himself - especially if he did so before being sponsored by them - that he may not have looked into, or even been aware of the controversies before signing a contract with them, and now is obligated to go through with said contract. But that's obviously outside of my own knowledge.

I hate seeing a creator I love supporting such a deeply unethical company.
