I'm African American and I used to take karate in High school and once by accident I blocked one of my Mom's slaps for me popping off at the mouth. I thought her head was going to spin around. She then used her other hand to finish the job. The next day ALL karate classes cancelled!🤣

Flashbacks Thixo! I once blocked my Granny's slap. She went and locked herself in her bedroom till the following day. In the morning woke up straight to my school before I even had breakfast she was out. I found her at the staff room where I was called to account why I tried to kill my grandmother. I was also not allowed to respond as everyone was talking. Wheeee I miss my granny

I remember when my mother wanted to hit me with a steelrod , I told her that she will not hit me with it and that it will be the last time she hits me. She said since I was grown, I should find myself a place to live in, clothe myself, and feed myself. She did not speak to me for like the whole day. And it was the last time she ever raised her hand on me. Not my proudest moment.

This is scary, scary because this is exactly what happened to me when I was 17 the fact that my mom said the same words. She went on an entire rant explaining to my dad how I tried to kill her and how much I hated her, I remember her exact words "Matshidiso a ga nrate" lol and I felt guilty then I cried and she said it was crocodile tears. I love her though, only motto now is to make her happy.
