When you can't sleep, is it really useful to lie down with your eyes closed?
In today's fast-paced social life, sleep issues loom like an inescapable shadow, enveloping the lives of countless individuals. According to data from the "China Sleep Big Data Report," in 2022, 38.2% of our population, a staggering figure that means over 500 million people, are suffering from various forms of sleep disorders. The severity of this problem goes far beyond that; it not only casts a wide net over the adult population but also grips about 60% of teenagers like a merciless hand, plunging them into a common plight of sleep deprivation.
If you are also experiencing troubling symptoms such as shallow sleep, easy waking, vivid dreams, early rising, overall weakness, daytime drowsiness, insufficient sleep, night sweats, sleep talking, or sleepwalking, then on those restless nights when you cannot fall asleep, does simply lying down with your eyes closed really provide any relief? This is a question many who suffer from sleep issues are pondering.
