This podcast started right after I got out of an awful relationship last year. I was sitting alone in what was my apartment just stewing on how 5 of the worst years of my life had come to an even worse end. Out of the darkness here comes Lee and Uncle Joey to remind me that it's only over when the fat lady sings. 45 weeks on and I've had two MMA fights. Moved. Started a County/State job. Started my own personal training sessions where I teach clients. Hasn't even been a year since the breakup. I haven't even gotten started yet. To anyone reading this, I still have my struggles and road bumps. But I never quit. I stumble and struggle until I don't have to anymore. Just keep going. You DO have this.
