Hey wolfy I have the same throat problem and I know it ain’t fun. My solution is try drinking less tea and more water. And try to put as much ice in it as possible. Also put more toothpaste on ur toothbrush (like ur gonna need an excessive amount). Also take more deep breaths. I’m 15 btw and it helps
