It is now my head canon that gyomei sleeps in a standing prayer position, like a reverse bat. You know, since bats are associated with vampires, and vampires are the opposite of anything holy. So the opposite of a bat hanging upside down would be a praying person standing up. Why a praying person and not a priest? Because both sides dont quite make it. One is just a bat, not a vampire, so the other is also just a religious man, not a priest. Ok, i think i ruined my joke for long enough. TLDR i now believe gyomei sleeps like that.
