When you have 3 potatoes, make these easy and delicious potato dinner. no oven! 🔝2 recipes ASMR
ingredients :
Recipe 1:
3 large potatoes (1kg).
salt.
1 red bell pepper.
parsley.
80g of cheddar cheese.
1 and 1/2 cup of cornstarch (180g).
vegetable oil for frying.
Recipe 2:
3 large potatoes (800g).
1 egg.
chopped parsley (about 2 tablespoons).
2 cans of tuna (160g).
80g of cheddar cheese.
salt
black pepper
2 tablespoons of flour.
flour + vegetable oil for frying.
cucumbers sauce:
1 small cucumber
1 clove of garlic.
1 teaspoon of parsley.
2 tablespoons of cream cheese or yogurt.
1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
a pinch of salt and black pepper.

I'd use the potato masher on my stick blender. Makes really smooth potato mash!

I use a hand held mixer as well to mash potatoes and I have small blender that I use for herbs, because I used to be a chef thankfully I can chop things like peppers etc very quickly so these kind of recipes don’t take me very long to do, I have also frozen the fritters and the fries and they freeze really well but they have to be cooked from frozen and not allow them to defrost.
