Sister your channel is very good. I have been listening to the stories. You have taught me the hawqala, may Allah reward you 🤲🏼. I was aware of istigfar (saying a 'Astaghfir ullah-alladhi la ilaha illa Huwal-Haiyul-Qayyumu,wa atubu ilaihi) which i have been reciting regularly, but now i added the hawqala as well because of you, thank you. Just wanted to comment on this story: Does not matter who initiated the divorce, the rightful owner of the property is her ex husband. This is stealing and committing zulm against another. If he agreed for his ex wife to live in his property then no issue, but if she took it by force (court) totally haram. If the mahr is not given to the women by the man then this is haram as well. If both parties bought the house together then this is a different case. We are all Muslims, we cant pick and choose bits of Islam. When divorce takes place some men/women ignore islam, why o why. We will all have to answer to Allah, this world is temporary.

No sister. She didn’t take it off of him. She just didn’t allow them to throw her out of her home. He must provide housing for her and her children as she didn’t have a home of her own.

@@inspiring_narrratives sister i am not having a go it you. i am a brother by the way, when divorce takes place women go back to their parents if they are still alive. People who live in western countries get provided with social housing by the government, so a parent with children will be not on the streets. If it was a non western country, and the man sends his ex wife and children to live on the streets if she has no parents or family, this would be zulm on the side of the man, which is immoral and haram. No disrespect here, but a lot of western ex Muslim wives are taking man to court and getting child support money, taking the house (which they payed no share of), money for the wife, etc. This is haram and a lot of the sisters know this but what they say is “law of the land” totally haram and zulm. Sisters are also blocking the children to see their father as well. Totally haram and zulm. Everyone needs to follow the Quran and sunnah and not pick and choose bits and pieces of islam. If the man did not pay what was written as mahr, this is zulm on the mans side. So called muftis, shikhs are not highlighting this issue during divorce on their KZbin channel, which i find wrong.

Oops sorry about that brother. I got you confused with a sister who has a similar username. I agree to most of what you say. Depending on which part of the world one is in there will be different customs and practices. We should all be mindful of Allah (swt) in everything we do. Haram is haram regardless, unfortunately when it comes to people everyone’s tolerance and faith is different. May Allah guide us all. ✨🤲🏻✨
