On the first story where the guy’s house was extremely dirty I agree with her first impression is important but from a professional point of view sometimes when someone is struggling with keeping his personal space clean it has more to do with his mental health ,it could be a sign that he is stressed or going through some depression ,the guy should seek help it’s a sign that he needs help and sometimes some people are just dirty they can’t keep their home tidy ….but I suggest he does a mental health assessment done.
