i really want to know how their ingredients are made off. everytime i try at home , the sugar crystalise as soon as i empty the hot liquid on my inox table. i refuse to believe it's the cooking, i think it's ingredient and quantity, i wonder if they could share ingredient for something like say ... 300gr of sugar ?

They add glucose syrup to the sugar and water mix to keep it stable

Babies don't smoke cigars either. This man runs his own successful business, he is smart enough to not give newborn babies small hard candies to choke on. Forget about sugar content. I'm sure they are for newborn birthday celebration (to hand out to others), or baby shower events.
