I solved a 3x3 in front of my uncle one time and he said “bro you just memorized how you scrambled it.” And I looked him dead in the eye and replied “Yeah, I’m def a cheater, you scramble it.” He then proceeded to give me about 6 warnings about how it wouldn’t be solved anymore before finally doing it while I literally walked away so I “couldn’t cheat”. Solved it again, then put it in a fancy pattern.

I once saw a friend solving a mirror cube (he was big on rubik’s cubes and had a different one in class pretty much every day) in class and he looked really confused and me and one of our other friends was jokingly making fun of him cuz it looked like he didn’t know what he was doing. But unfortunately we had to take it all back when I looked over at the end of class and he had solved it.

I'd like to take a moment to point out that you didnt actually have the mirror cube solved. It's the same thing that always gets me, because of the lines printed onto the cube, center orientation matters, you had some of the centers facing the wrong direction.
