Actually, in Nortk Korea, you cannot leave IF you were born there. Not as a tourist + you can only go there through either Air Koryo or a China -> North Korea train. Also, internet access is restricted. But they do have an intranet called Kwangmyong which is just whitelisted sites. Additionally, you must have a permit to operate a computer
