The federal government failed to shut down the occults and denominations using tax exemption under false pretenses. They don't contribute to their communities like they are supposed to. All denominations are forbidden in the Bible. Isaiah 44:5-7. Meanwhile the movie industry creates a variety of honest paying jobs for future generations, and that's a spiritual thing.

his charisma and charm alone completely made everyone forget about that's he's the number 2 in Scientology often referred to the reincarnation of L. Ron Hubbard (the founder) and he also abandoned his kids and left his wife because they were deemed SP's by the church, but because he's basically one of the last daredevil action stars we have that does all of his own stunts (which no production company would allow but since he owns his own production company he can do anything he wants) everyone just turns a blind eye or forgot about how weird this dude is

He's been an A-List actor for about 40 years now. Starting when he was a teenager. He found scientology that elevated him to an A-list scientologist for nearly 40 years now. If he's weird then it's because he's been in a bubble echo chamber for half a lifetime. It's actually something of a miracle that he comes across as a decent guy with a sense of humour but who's weird. I strongly doubt that he knows what normal behaviour is. He approximates it and that comes across as false, but his reality is so foreign to us that it seems deeply odd. Say what you want about him, but by all accounts he's a professional at work and his private life is his own. I've got nothing against Cruise.

The more I think about Bale modeling Bateman after Cruise, the more it makes sense. Cruise is so manufactured. So unauthentic. He's the perfect kind of film star in the worst ways possible. Externally he is top notch. But you can sense how fake he is. The forced laughter. The outrageously large smile. The carefully rehearsed mannerisms. It's like he studied to be a person without ever having a personality. "There's nothing behind the eyes" is true.

Possibly even earlier if the next mission impossible movie also flops. There might even be another MeToo movement except this time only against Scientology. You are not wrong in what you say, that all religions would have some points of wrong philosophy to them. It is impossible to be perfect, as we all know. I would like to see these people being subjected to liar detector procedures on TV, to be sincere. I don't really believe what they say. I have been inside of Scientology and saw nothing like that. The only things I have against them are the use of emeters, since I believe that is taking shocks on a voluntary basis, which is insanity, and the belief that yawning means, in all situations, not understanding, since a person may yawn for being genuinely tired or bored.

He's crazy, yes. But he's also an exceptional actor. Acting is an art form, and the idea of an insane yet brilliant artist is far from new. Typically people who are exceptional at something, are exceptional for one of two reasons; they're exceedingly lucky, or they're exceedingly unique. Artists who are exceedingly unique tend to be so because they think very differently than others, and therefore come across as really strange. Long story short; enjoy his art and let him be crazy because that's just who he is and probably the reason he's so damn good

As of my last update in January 2022, the cumulative worldwide box office gross for Johnny Depp's films is approximately $10.2 billion. Johnny Depp has been a highly successful and prolific actor, starring in blockbuster franchises such as "Pirates of the Caribbean," "Alice in Wonderland," and "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory," among others. These figures can vary with new releases and updated box office data, so it's advisable to consult more recent sources for the most accurate information.

Tom Cruise is a great actor; his smile alone fills theaters. My contract with him is over once the movie ends. He is an actor, why would I care what his personal life? They are all weird, they pretend to be fictional characters, and don't owe us anything. Of all the different occupations out there we are so weak that this is by whom we measure social standards too? This speaks volumes. Maybe we should pick up a book now and then. Does anyone remember when the last space shuttle was sent up? yet we know when Will Smith slapped Cris Rock.

Cruise would be, possibly, the greatest movie star of all time if he was never part of Scientology. Its only his involvement with them that blights his efforts. There's no denying he is a huge box office draw anyway, but there is always going to be that 'wouldn't want to meet him' ora as long as he's a scientologist. I think he's great on screen and he has an awesome sense of humour, but I wouldn't want to hang with him on a personal level. Simply because of the cult that watches all that he does. The cult can just f*** off 👍

@@marciapinheiro6283 I don't fear his ideas, they're so outlandish they're almost comical. About what you're saying about the media liking ideas: In the thirties the NSDAP (Hitlers party) was liked by the entire media, even in countries like Italy and therefore also his ideas. @@MarkGelderland About the Nazi party: I Googled 'NSDAP and media that showed it' and all references seem to point at only inside of Germany, or at least the top ones. That is what I know to be true as well. He was a dictator and therefore the entire German media was under his power. It is the first time I hear the NSDAP would also broadcast overseas. Can you prove that? I didn't say the media decides what's democratic, my assertion was slightly different: I said the vast majority of the media likes him, meaning advertises him positively and is happy publishing about him, and therefore they have approved him 'by vote', basically. As for him using interviews to advertise his (possibly) bizarre ideas, that is not true at all. I am sure he spoke very little about the church of scientology in the media and, as said here, on this page somewhere by someone, he stopped advertising the church more than 10 years ago in the media plus he apologized to Brooke Shields for taking a stand regarding her medication consumption (psychiatric). The media advertised that too so that it seems that his 'bizarre' ideas, about scientology beliefs, are actually 'under control', he got convinced, probably by the same media, that he was wrong in what he was doing before, so that your fear is unfounded.

I'm certainly no Scientologist but the fact that you believe that their beliefs are any more crazy than that of other "established" religions shows that you truly lack perspective. I am Catholic so I have a reasonable insight into what other religions teach. If you want to talk about influence or the "damage" that Scientology has or could do then again I think you need to seriously have a look at other religions and the chaos over the centuries that surround them. How long a religion has been around or how many followers they have shouldn't make one lose perspective of what each preaches and how believable (or not) it is and the amount of damage that has been done allegedly by these Scientologists pales in comparison with what other religions have accomplished over the centuries. It's not even close.
